Tri-City Eagles Welcomes Rob Trantin as Hockey Director
The Tri-City Eagles organization is excited to welcome Rob Trantin as the new hockey director. Rob brings an extensive background to the position both as a player and coach. Growing up around the game, Rob played hockey locally at Archbishop Spalding High School and the Washington Little Caps. He also played college hockey at SUNY Morrisville and Junior Ice Hockey with the Baystate Breakers and the Boston Harborwolves. His coaching experience includes a variety of ages and levels from 10U to 18UAA and High School. Most recently Rob has been Head Coach and Program Director at Archbishop Spalding High School.
The Tri-City Eagles have been fortunate to have Rob as a past Skills Director and Assistant Hockey Director, as well as a head coach. His background, love of the game, and enthusiasm are apparent. Rob possesses the communication and leadership skills necessary to develop strong organizational relationships. He holds youth, parents, and staff in high esteem and interacts with confidence, honesty, and humility. He is extremely eager and excited to work with all of us. “I’m very humbled by this opportunity to lead one of the most prestigious organizations in the area. The Tri-City Eagles have a rich history of excellence, and I’m very excited to be part of that tradition continuing into the future. I’m looking forward to bringing my best and working alongside the entire community to help this club achieve its next step forward.”
On a personal note, Rob and his wife Marisa just had their second son last week! Congratulations Rob and Marisa!
The Eagles are excited to have Rob continue to lead our organization towards our goal of helping young individuals develop as athletes, leaders, and members of the community.
