Experience: Coach David has 12 years of coaching experience. In his 1st season with Tri-City (22-23) he led the 16U Red to the CBHL Playoffs. For the 23-24 season David was the head coach of the 16U White UA team.

Head Coach: Kellen Henderson

Experience: Coach Kellen is the Strategic Development Director for Tri-City and has over 15 years of coaching experience. Coaching teams to two Maryland State Championships and two USA Hockey National appearances. For the 23-24 season Kellen head coached the 14U Blue (AA) team. Kellen played youth hockey with the Howard Huskies, Tri-City Eagles and the Washington Little Caps (AAA).

Head Coach:  Brennan Smith

Experience: Coach Brennen Smith joins Tri-City as the head coach of the 16U Gold team after spending 8 years at the University of Maryland coaching the ACHA DII and DIII teams. From 2012-2015 he played in the NECHL Ithaca College 20, a ACHA DI team. He is a born and raised Marylander, and played youth hockey with Fredrick from 8U-16U, winning the CBHL 16U AA Championship in 2010.

Head Coach: Matt Vicinie

Experience: Coach Matt is entering his 10th year of head coaching and his second with Tri-City. Matt was the head coach of the 16U Red (LA) team for the 23-24 season. Coach Matt’s experience ranges from HS Varsity and midget LA, UA and AA levels. Matt has 20 years playing experience at the youth, high school and 4 years playing at the D1 ACHA college hockey at Slippery Rock University.

Experience: Coach Matt Lewis enters his second year of head coaching at Tri-City. Matt is the head coach of Spalding High School V2 team and has 4 years coaching experience. Matt played youth hockey with the Bowie Bruins and Archbishop Spalding.

Head Coach:  Scott Sutherland

Experience:  Coach Scott Sutherland is the Midget Hockey Development Director and stepping into the head coaching position for the 14U Blue (AA) team this year. Scott comes to this roles with 5 years of assistant and head head coach experience at the national bound level, in the 21-22 season leading the 14U Blue (AA) team to the Maryland state finals. Scott played youth hockey at Easton, Navy and Tri-City. He played college hockey for the University of Maryland.

Head Coach: Ryan Larrance

Experience: Coach Ryan enters his 9th season with Tri-City and his 4th season as a head coach. In the 23-24 travel season Coach Ryan led the 12U Blue team to the AHF Championship! Ryan will be the head coach of the 14U Gold UA team which will also compete as a 13U AA team throughout the year.

Experience:  Coach Brad has over 10 years of coaching experience, Coach Brad is returning to Tri-City for the second year as head coach of the 14U White team. Brad grew up playing hockey at the Chesapeake Chiefs.

Head Coach: Nick Keppler

Experience: Nick Keppler is the Youth Hockey Development Director and stepping into his first year head coaching a travel season team at Tri-City. Nick has seven years of coaching experience at the youth and high school level. He played youth and high school hockey at Tri-City, NOVA, and DeMatha Catholic. He played college hockey at the University of Maryland.

Experience: Entering into his third year of coaching, Coach Tran will be the head coach of the 12U Gold team for the 24-25 season.
In his first year as head coach, Dave led the 12U White team to CBHL and AHF playoff appearances in the 22-23 season. Coach Dave grew up playing hockey in Northern Virginia.
