Spring Team Tryouts
The Tri-City Eagles are very excited to announce the return of Spring Teams in 2026! This year Tri-City Eagles plan on fielding the following teams: 8U Team(1), 12U Teams(2), 14U Teams(2), 16U Teams(2), 18U Team(1)

-10U Tryouts: Wednesday March 4 & March 11 @ 5:40-6:40pm.
-12U Tryouts: Wednesday March 4 & March 11 @ 6:50-7:50pm.
-14U Tryouts: Thursday March 5 & March 12 @ 6:30-7:30pm.
-16U Tryouts: Thursday March 5 & March 12 @ 7:00-8:00pm
-18U Tryouts: Thursday March 5 & March 12 @ 8:10-9:10pm.
-Tryout Cost: $60
- *8U Youth Spring Team will not hold tryouts but if interested please complete the Spring Team Tryout Registration at no cost.
Spring Team Season Information
EXPECTATIONS:
Tri-City seeks to provide a fun, competitive environment for players to continue playing hockey through the spring months. It is a great opportunity to continue skill development, make new friends, learn from new coaches, and stay active during the last few weeks of the school year.
We are looking forward to continue building our Spring Season experience. Here are some quick highlights:
- Assigned coaches
- Each team will have assigned coaches to facilitate the practice and game experience.
- Coaches may rotate and move around from team to team if needed.
- We like the flexible nature of rotating coaches, but also want to create a stronger leadership structure for each team, as well as relationship building between players and coaches.
- Tournaments
- Each team is guaranteed 2 tournaments.
- Uniforms
- Tri-City Eagles Spring Team uniforms (1 jersey and 1 pair of socks) are an additional cost.
SPRING TEAM SEASON:
- There will be 6 practices, beginning April 22nd and concluding May 27th. Each practice is 70 minutes of length. Practice lengths are elongated to minimize the number of weekly trips to the rink while still maintaining a competitive on-ice experience.
TOURNAMENTS
- Each team is guaranteed 2 Tournaments.
- All Teams will participate in the Cherry Blossom Tournament May 15 - 17
- Teams will also patriciate in a 2nd Tournament TBD, May 29-31
COST:
- Team Registration = $750 for skaters; $500 for Goaltenders
- *8U Team Registration = $550 for all players
- Uniforms are separate and not included in registration fee.
